TERMS OF USE
1. Subject matter
The rentals offered by Le Clos de Vourzac are furnished seasonal rentals located in the municipality of Vourzac - Sanssac-L’Église. Their duration may not exceed 90 consecutive days.
2. Rental duration
Each rental is entered into for a fixed term, with no possibility of tacit renewal. The tenant may not claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed period.
3. Inventory and key handover
An inventory and condition report is carried out upon arrival and departure. Keys are handed over to the tenant upon check-in and returned upon check-out.
4. Payment terms

25% deposit upon booking

Balance to be paid no later than the day of arrival

Accepted payment methods: credit card, cash, bank transfer

Tourist tax: calculated based on the number of adults and nights, to be paid by the tenant on the last day of the stay

Charges included in the price of each stay : electricity (15 kWh/day), heating, WiFi/Internet, bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning
5. Security deposit
A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival (cash or check). It covers any potential damage or loss. Provided no damage is found, it will be returned upon departure. In the event of damage, the refund will be issued within 2 months, after deduction of justified repair costs.
6. Subletting
Subletting, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
7. Tenant's obligations
The tenant agrees to :

Use the premises in a peaceful and orderly manner

Keep the accommodation in good condition and leave it clean (beds stripped, dishes put away, bins emptied, etc.)

Respect the neighbors and the house rules

Not smoke inside the accommodation

Not duplicate the keys

Promptly report any incident or malfunction

Be responsible for the use of the internet access

Accept a deduction of €20/hour from the security deposit in the event that excessive cleaning is required
8. Pets
Pets are prohibited unless prior authorization has been granted by the owner.
9. Owner's obligations
The owner agrees to:

Provide accommodation that is clean, secure, and consistent with the description

Ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property

Respond promptly in the event of a breakdown of essential equipment

Not be held liable for external disturbances (neighbors, insects, weather, network outages, etc.)
10. Insurance
The tenant declares that they are covered by tenant’s liability insurance. Proof of insurance (certificate) may be requested.
11. Right of withdrawal and termination
In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the tenant does not benefit from a right of withdrawal. In the event of a breach of their obligations, the contract may be terminated automatically.
12. Complaints and mediation
After contacting the owner in writing, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, you may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage), whose contact details are :

13. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be that of the owner’s place of residence. The contract is governed by French law.
