LEGAL NOTICES

Definitions

In this legal notice, the following words and expressions have the meanings attributed to them below:

  • "Site" : this website accessible at the web address www.leclosdevourzac.com corresponding to the domain WWW.LECLOSDEVOURZAC.COM owned by Didier LAURENT, "Le Clos de Vourzac".

  • "Visitor" : a natural person who is connected to the site and who consults it.

  • "Content" : all information that can be viewed on the site by a visitor.

  • "Page" : This is a computer document often called a "Web Page" that contains part of the content of the site that can be viewed using software called a Web browser. The Web page (made up of several files) is the consultation unit of the World Wide Web. It can be made up of text, images, forms or any other multimedia and interactive elements.

  • "URL" : Uniform Resource Locator, corresponds to the web address of a page: what is in the address bar of the web browser.

  • "Personal information" : "information which allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies" (article 4 of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

 

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as LCEN, visitors, hereinafter the "Visitor", of the site https://www.leclosdevourzac.com/, hereinafter the "Site", are hereby informed of the following legal notices.

Connection and navigation on the "Site" by the "Visitor" implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal notices.

  • The host of the "Site" is the company Wix, whose head office is located at the following address: Wix Online Platform Limited, 1 Grant's Row, Dublin 2 D02HX96, Ireland.

  • The "Site" is accessible anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions that may result from a need for maintenance. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the "Site", the "Owner" cannot be held responsible.

  • The "Site" assures the "Visitor" that personal information is collected and processed in accordance with privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

  • Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the "Visitor" has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his/her personal data. The "Visitor" exercises this right by sending an email to the following address: contact@leclosdevourzac.fr

  • Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, modification of all or part of the "Site", without authorization from the "Owner" is prohibited and may result in legal action and prosecution as provided for in the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.

  • Applicable law and relevant jurisdiction: any dispute relating to the use of the "Site" is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Puy-en-Velay.

    • Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, notably amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.
