We recently acquired an old walled estate that we have completely renovated. Given the large areas of the buildings, we decided to dedicate part of them to hosting holidaymakers and professionals. With great care, taste, and respect for the ancient stones, we created our first gîte, "Le Parc", for two people—offering a warm, authentic atmosphere for a romantic escape. You’ll appreciate its intimate terrace, perfect for moments of relaxation, as well as its expansive park with secure parking and even the option of a closed garage. To discover nearby: Le Puy-en-Velay, City of Art and History, with its UNESCO-listed cathedral, the Saint-Michel rock, and the start of the Way of St. James. The Plus Beaux Villages de France in Haute-Loire: Arlempdes, Blesle, Lavaudieu, Lavoûte-Chilhac, Pradelles, and Polignac. The gorges of the Allier and Loire rivers, Lake Bouchet—ideal for hiking, swimming, and nature walks. Mont Mézenc and the volcanic landscapes of Velay—perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. A variety of activities: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, golf, local heritage excursions, and Haute-Loire gastronomic specialties. An ideal setting to combine relaxation and discovery at the heart of a preserved environment. Located in a hamlet in the village of Sanssac-l'Église, just a few minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, Le Clos de Vourzac welcomes you for a comfortable stay in the Le Parc gîte, combining charm and authenticity. CHAMBRES GITE LE PARC Entrance to the Clos de Vourzac is through a large gate securing the property. On this large plot of land you will have several parking spaces and the possibility of parking your vehicle in a garage. Access to the cottage is via a staircase of a few steps leading to a terrace from which you access the accommodation. Once through the front door, you enter a corridor leading to the double bedroom, the shower room and finally the living room, consisting of a kitchen, a small lounge area and opening onto a new terrace, and land shared with the owners. The rates include charges (maximum consumption of 15 kWh/day), bath linen, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning (the cottage must be left in a proper state of cleanliness: beds unmade, linen gathered, dishes put away, bins emptied and toilets rinsed) To book SERVICES OUR SERVICES Parsed or Patio (depending on the cottage) Private terraces with separate entrances for each cottage. The rates include towels, bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning (the accommodation must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness: beds stripped, linen gathered, dishes put away, bins emptied, and sanitary facilities rinsed). Objet Les locations proposées par Le Clos de Vourzac sont des location saisonnière meublée sur la commune de Vourzac - Sanssac-L’Église. Leurs durées ne peuvent excéder 90 jours consécutifs. 2. Durée de location Chaque location est conclue pour une durée déterminée, sans possibilité de reconduction tacite. Le locataire ne pourra se prévaloir d’un droit au maintien dans les lieux au-delà de la période convenue. 3. État des lieux et remise des clés Un état des lieux est effectué à l’arrivée et au départ. Les clés sont remises au locataire à l’entrée et restituées à la sortie. 4. Modalités de paiement Acompte de 25 % à la réservation Solde à régler au plus tard le jour de l’arrivée Moyens de paiement acceptés : carte bancaire, espèces, virement Taxe de séjour : calculée selon le nombre d’adultes et de nuitées et réglée par le locataire le dernier jour du séjour Charges incluses dans le prix de chaque séjour : électricité (15 kWh/jour), chauffage, WiFi/Internet, linge de maison, linge de toilette, ménage de fin de séjour 5. Dépôt de garantie Un dépôt de garantie de 300 € est exigé à l’entrée dans les lieux (espèces ou chèque). Il couvre les éventuels dommages ou pertes. En l’absence de dégradations, il est restitué au départ. En cas de dommages, le remboursement intervient dans un délai de 2 mois, déduction faite des frais justifiés. 6. Sous-location La sous-location, totale ou partielle, est strictement interdite. 7. Obligations du locataire Le locataire s’engage à : Utiliser paisiblement les lieux Maintenir le logement en bon état et le rendre propre (lits défaits, vaisselle rangée, poubelles vidées…) Respecter le voisinage et le règlement intérieur Ne pas fumer dans le logement Ne pas copier les clés Informer rapidement de tout incident ou dysfonctionnement Être responsable de l’usage de l’accès internet Accepter une retenue de 20 €/heure sur la caution en cas de non-ménage excessif de sa part 8. Animaux Les animaux sont interdits sauf autorisation préalable du propriétaire. 9. Obligations du propriétaire Le propriétaire s’engage à : Fournir un logement propre, sécurisé et conforme à la description Assurer la jouissance paisible du bien Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne d’un équipement essentiel Ne pas être responsable des nuisances extérieures (voisinage, insectes, météo, coupures réseau…) 10.
